Jambojet Rewards is Jambojet's loyalty program that allows passengers to earn points on every flight they take on Jambojet. The program has three membership tier levels: Emerald, Ruby, and Diamond each with increasing benefits and advantages. Members get to enjoy various benefits from flight rewards, free seat selection, priority boarding and more.

This is the entry tier. All customers who meet the eligibility criteria(clause 4.3) automatically qualify for this tier after their first confirmed booking.

Ruby

Customers automatically join this tier after accruing 2000 points or flying 40 flight sectors (one-way).

Benefits

  1. All benefits in Emerald

  2. Priority on Boarding

  3. Priority on standby

  4. To retain this tier level you need a minimum of 25 flight sectors or 1500 points annually

Diamond
Diamond
Tier III
Diamond

Customers automatically join this tier after accruing 5000 points or flying 60 flight sectors (one-way).

Benefits

  1. All benefits in Emerald & Ruby

  2. Priority baggage handling

  3. 50% off baggage rates at the airport

  4. Opportunity to select your preferred seat at no cost.

  5. To retain this tier level you need a minimum of 35 flight sectors or 3000 points annually.

How to Earn points

Members will earn points on the fare they spend on Jambojet marketed flights excluding government taxes and fees.

In order to earn points;

Always Log-in to your member account when booking a flight in order to automatically earn points.

If not logged-in, always quote your JM Rewards member when booking under the passenger details section to earn points.

If you forget the two steps above, you are allowed to claim your points up to 30 days from the day of travel.

Note: Points are earned by the Member who is flying whose member name and member account number are listed on the ticket regardless of who purchased the flight.

Points are not earned on flights purchased using points.

How to redeem points

You can redeem the points earned on various redeemable items including flights to various destinations across our network, seat selection and on extra baggage. When redeeming on flights, you will be required to pay all the necessary taxes before the ticket is issued.

To redeem, log into your Jambojet Rewards account on the website, book your preferred flight(s), then at the payment stage of the booking process, select Redeem Loyalty Points which shows the amount payable via Loyalty Points and the amount that's due to be paid via other payment methods (Mobile Money or Credit Card).

Claim Points

If you have not earned points on your flights, fill the form and your points will be updated within 72 hours.
